Worldwide MetriScan Technical Support
Alara has trained and certified technicians to service MetriScan
systems in key locations around the world. Because they are
located around the world, they can respond faster, saving valuable
shipping/customs time. They provide the same high-quality
service and use the same procedures and calibrated tools used
in manufacturing at Alara to ensure that each MetriScan serviced
meets the original specifications.
Should your MetriScan require service, please be sure to include
the Serial Number (located on the back of the machine) in your correspondence.
